services or using our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these
Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before participating in our
services or programs.
Trading under Integrative Health, Wellness and Vitality
1. Service Details
1.1. I hereby acknowledge Kessiah Larsen is an Integrative Health Practitioner and Wellness Coach and does not diagnose, cure, or treat any illness or disease.
1.2. I understand Integrative Health, Wellness and Vitality offers holistic wellness
coaching, support, and resources aimed at enhancing your well-being through
integrative health practices, functional movement, bodywork, lifestyle improvements, and stress management techniques.
1.3. Further, I release Integrative Health, Wellness and Vitality
and any Associates from all liability for any failure to identify any medical condition or disease.
a. Our services and programs are not a substitute for professional medical
advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not provide medical, psychological, or dietician advice, diagnosis or treatments.
b. I understand and agree that this is not the purpose of their natural health services.
2. Eligibility:
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our programs.
2.2. By accessing or using our services or programs, you agree that you are of legal age and capable of forming a binding contract.
3. Program Guidelines:
3.1. I agree to participate in our services and programs in good faith and adhere to the best of my ability to any guidelines or instructions provided by our integrative health coaches.
3.2. I understand that results may vary based on individual circumstances and commitment.
4. Personal Information:
4.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information
in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.2. By using our program, you consent to the
collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in
our Privacy Policy.
4.3. I agree that my information will be stored confidentially and used in relation to my health and wellness plan, and that I may receive a copy of all my information at any time.
5. Disclaimers:
5.1. Our services and programs are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5.2. We do not provide medical, psychological, or dietician advice, diagnosis or treatments. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your health or wellness regimen.
6. Limitation of Liability:
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrative Health,
Wellness and Vitality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or programs.
6.2. I understand that this is a customised alternative holistic health program or treatment, and therefore results may vary according to individual circumstances and commitment
6.3. This program or treatment may be modified as needed with your understanding and consent.
7. Modification or Termination:
7.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the
program, service or treatment at any time without prior notice.
7.2. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, and your continued use of the program, treatment or service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
8. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
8.1. I agree to pay the full amount owed within an agreed timeframe.
8.2. Payment plans are subject to approval, and I agree to pay the full payment.
8.3. There are no refunds issued for digital products for any reason.
8.4. There are no refunds offered on Coaching or Consulting Programs or packages, as these are customised to you. We cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results vary depending on individual circumstances, openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work. If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting on future payments.
8.5. Upon providing deposit or full program payment you are authorizing
Integrative Health, Wellness and Vitality to process your payment. Upon approval of your application, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the program. No refunds will be issued if you are accepted into the program or package, and all installments must be paid on a timely basis.
8.6. We understand life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your coaching or a digital product within an appropriate timeline.
However, if you pay for coaching services or a digital product and fail to start or have your initial session within six (6) months of your initial payment, you forfeit any payments received and no refunds will be issued. Attempts will be made to provide you with a comparable service through a digital product or online program within one (1) year of your initial payment; however, 1:1 coaching services are not guaranteed as coaching program offerings and pricing may have changed since your initial payment. After one (1) year from your initial payment, you will be required to contract for new and existing coaching services.
8.7. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance incur 100% of the treament fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance incure 50% of the treament fee. No shows incur 100% of the treatment fee.
8.8 Any waiving of these fees is solely at the discretion of the practitioner, and may be in the form of treatment credits, no-fee rescheduling, or a complete waiving of the cancellation fee under specific circumstances.
9. Governing Law:
9.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the federal and state laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Western Australia
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All documents, workbooks, logos, programs and other intellectual property are the creation of Kessiah Larsen- Integrative Health, Wellness and Vitality and subject to intellectual property rights. These may not be sold, copied, modified without explicit written permission.
By using the services and programs provided by Integrative Health, Wellness and Vitality, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
