Root Cause Therapy is a trauma-informed process that helps you identify and release unresolved emotional wounds, subconscious beliefs, and early imprints that may be impacting your thoughts, behaviours, and physical wellbeing.
We use a gentle meditative state to connect with your subconscious in a safe, healing way to identify and heal these deeper patterns.
Combined with somatic tools — such as breathwork, body awareness, movement, and regulation techniques — this session works with the nervous system, not against it.
It is a gentle yet powerful approach that goes deeper than talk therapy to true healing of stored stress, old patterns and trauma at the root, not just the surface.
